I had another pair of boots similar to these that lasted almost 13 years with regular use. This is very similar to that one and I am pleased with this later version. I recommend sole inserts such as Danner's Airthotic Instep Arch Support for an even better, more comfortable fit. I wear the size I ordered (9-1/2)and they fit nicely. If you wear heavy socks, it may take 1/2 size larger.

I have worn these boots 80% of the time for the past 3 years in an office environment and doing some light hiking. They continue to look good, waterproof and very durable with minimal care. The broke in quickly and remain very comfortable. I have had no issues with the quality or workmanship.

Bought these for my husand as an everyday shoe. He loves them! He said that because they are so lightweight he can wear them everyday. Very nice quality, waterproof and lightweight!
